Web Based Software Official Site

How does the software work?
Go to WebDocumentManager.com and log in with your username and password.

What about training?
We walk you through the software on the phone during signup. The software is easy to use. One training session is usually sufficient.

Can several people use Document Queue at one time?
Use, absolutely. Document Queue is designed as a collaborative tool that can used by a group of people.

Can anyone Upload and Delete Files in the Document Queue?
You will have a main administrator password into Document Queue. When you log onto the system using administrator rights you will have full privileges to the system. There are also alternative rights that allow view only, view only with password, and view and edit. The system will accommodate any security configuration required.

How do I control who has access to the Document Queue?
Using passwords.

Can I have separate areas for different people in my organization?
Web Document Manager starts at one main area called the root folder. You add folders into this area using the Add Folder panel (see screen shots). Typically you would add a folder for each member of your group. You can also add folders inside of folders to achieve any structure you like.

Does this software integrate into my Site and/or Intranet?
Yes, perfectly. In many cases we display just one folder in Document Queue on the site. The site administrator knows that by putting a file in that folder it will be accessible for download on the site.

Can I password protect folders on my site?
Yes. People are required to log in before viewing technical documents. These documents are not accessible without a password.

Are my documents truly protected?
Yes. Document Queue holds the documents in folders outside of web space. When viewing a document the system brings this file down from outside web space. This provides true security because a person can't "jump over" the security and download files from inside web space.
